How to add new billing

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we are going to learn how to create a new billing that will connect a billing profile with billing cycle. We will create new billing using billing cycle created in How to create a new billing cycle tutorial and billing profile created in How to create a new billing profile tutorial.

    We will use the following parameters:
    Name: Default Billing
    Billing Profile: Default BP
    Billing Cycle: M01
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Console Perspective.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Select appropriate Merchant or Merchant Account in the top left section of the screen.
  4. Click   Setupbutton in the top section of the screen.
  5. Choose   Billings  menu item  from the list.
  6. Locate   Billing List  groupbox
  7. Click   Newbutton
  8. Locate   Billing  groupbox
  9. Enter Default Billing into the Nametextbox
  10. Select Default BP in Billing Profiledropdown .

  11. Select M01 in Billing Cycledropdown .

  12. Click   Savebutton
  13. Congratulations, you are done!
