Navigating User perspective

User Perspective    

1. Are you ready?
   
   In this tutorial you will learn how to navigate User Perspective.
   
   We will proceed as follows:
   

   • Log in and switch to the User perspective;
   • Learn how to make search for a user;
   • Learn how to change the password of a user.
2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => User Perspective.
   
   Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
   
3. Let's begin with learning how to search for a different user.
   
   Note: You are chosen as a default user on User Perspective.
   
4. Locate     User  dropdown and click on Search button next to it.

5. There are two ways how a user can be found:
   

   • by entering appropriate data into the Name, User Name or ID fields;
   • by selecting the user you need from the Users List.

   
   Choose any way you like and click on user you need.
   
6. Now that we have learned how to change a user, let's proceed with learning how to change the password for a user.
   
7. Click   Detailsbutton
8. User Details form should now be visible on your screen.

9. Locate   Password  password and enter your password or use the Generate Password button to generate it by system.
   
   Note: If you entered your own password, you have to confirm it manually in the Confirm password field. If you choose system generated password, it will be entered automatically.
   
10. Click   Savebutton
11. Congratulations, you are done!
